  • TITLE 箕面FMに出演！　デビューの経緯やニューヨーク音楽生活、CDについて語る１時間！

    帰国後の、６月１２日、大阪のローカルラジオ番組、箕面FM　「植田洋子のTEA FOR TWO」に出演しました！
    私のデビューのきっかけになった裏声の話や、ニューヨークでの音楽生活、MARK SOSKINとの出会い、レコーディング秘話など、植田さんのおかげで愉しい話いっぱい出来ました。
    CDからも４曲流してもらえて、幸せでした。
    あと、何年がんばれるのかわからないけれど、サポートしてくれる、聴いてくれる人がいて私の声がなんとか出るのなら、続けたいと感じました。

    I appeared at Osaka loco MINO FM radio station program " TEA FOR TWO by Yoko Ueda. " on June 12th to talk about my debut story sparked by losing falsetto, my New York music life, the encounter with Mark Soskin and untold story of New York Recording. i had a fun about talking those because of Ms, Ueda of radio anchor.
    I was happy to be used four songs from my CD.
    I felt like keep going with what I was singing as a singer, if there were some people who listened to my songs and supported my music activities.
    I am not sure about whether how many years I will be able to sing or not...though.

  • TITLE New York Live Performance with MARK SOSKIN & JAY ANDERSON

    ５月３０日はニューヨークのタイムズスクエア近くのキャバレーバー、DON'T TELL MAMAで、CD発売記念ライブを、私の大好きなピアニストMARKとベーシストJAYの３人で全員BLACKの衣装で揃えて、開催しました。
    今、思うと、ブッキングも含めて何もかもが独りで大変でした。
    本当にかけがえの無い経験となりました。
    I had my own performance for my first album CD celebration at the cabaret bar near by Times Square " DON'T TELL MAMA " in New York on May, 30th with my favorite pianist MARK SOSKIN & Bassist JAY ANDERSON.
    We all wore the black colored cloths.
    I think that it was very hard working for me to organize everything by myself including booking. It was rare but also precious experience.

    トークとCDからの曲と新しい曲を含めて１１曲、MARKはjayと二人でinstを１曲。
    MARKも私もCD を売る気まんまんでした。。。
    １時間半はあっという間でした。。私のジョークも受けたりして。。ははは。
    残念ながら写真もビデオも友人のミスで撮れませんでした。。でも自分の中に鮮明にあの日の記憶が残っています。。
    I was talking a lot and sang 11 songs including some new songs.
    On the other hand, they played beautiful instrumental song without me.
    Because we wanted to sell each new CDs...
    One hour and half passed very fast. People who came to my show seemed to enjoy my jokes... ha ha ha.
    Unfortunately, there was almost nothing about my photos and videos by my friend's mistakes...However, I had a vivid memory of that special day.
